"With my dog Miko getting old and having joint issues, I was wondering what to do to improve his overall mobility and prevent any further deterioration in a natural way. It was not easy to know whether we were doing too much exercise or not enough, and if doing any of the training we used to do whilst he was a puppy was suitable now that he is 10 .

Monica was amazing! She spent a lot of time observing Miko and assessing his needs, then she set up some exercises that we can do to improve his mobility. The exercises are fun and easy to manage. They are incorporated into our daily routine and it seems to already be making a difference in Miko, with less stiffness and more mobility.

Monica is always available to answer any questions in between visits and is so patient at explaining what to do, giving her time generously to make sure I am clear about the activities to do. I feel better knowing that thanks to Monica’s help and advice, I can help Miko be more comfortable as he ages. Thank you Monica.
